Shrewsbury volleyball has announced the dates for it's annual pre-season conditioning program. Modeling after the very successful Colonials Football program, the volleyball coaching staff will run 90-minute sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during the 4 weeks leading into tryouts.

Tryouts for the 2026 girls volleyball team start on Monday, August 24th. Tryout times are now posted here.
